The Pressurized paint booths range

Coral's pressurized booths are modular industrial environments that integrate with dry painting booths or water-curtain systems to create controlled, clean painting, drying and air-treatment areas. The structures use galvanized or painted sandwich panels, and filtered, temperature-controlled outside air is introduced into the work area through an air-replenishment filter ceiling, keeping conditions cleaner and reducing dust. Systems feature pressurization with a CTA air-handling unit or integrated hot-air generator, automatic electronic pressure regulation and stabilization (including during extended door-open periods), master/slave inverter fan control for reduced energy consumption, touchscreen control of parameters and filter status, IP65 interior lighting, and optional KARB activated-carbon post-filtration for organic solvents and paint fumes. Solutions are customizable by size, airflow capacity, heat treatment and production layout.
