The PUMA DEX 1/2D is the most powerful industrial vacuum cleaner designed for heavy duty work in ATEX Z21 classified environments. It is equipped with an ATEX-certified side channel turbine and an automatic filter cleaning system, ideal for continuous operation without the need for maintenance. The vacuum cleaner has third party certification that certifies the safety of the internal zone as Z20, making it suitable for extracting metal and explosive dust in total safety. Ideal for installation in centralized systems for the suction of combustible dust.

Highlights
Suction Unit
The suction unit is a manufacturer-certified Atex side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The Side Channel Blower is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous work, without any maintenance.
Filter Unit
The tangential inlet facilitates the cyclonic effect to deposit the sucked material in the container. Filtration is provided by two progressive efficiency filters installed in series: a primary star polyester filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area and a secondary absolute filter in class H14.
Sp Filter Cleaning System
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, alternately adjustable intervals without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
Internal Certification Cat 1D - Zone 20
Thanks to its 1D – Zone 20 certified chamber, the vacuum cleaner guarantees maximum safety and compliance when vacuuming combustible or conductive dusts (Group IIIC), even when these are contained within the unit.
