Karb 4
The Karb filter unit contains a large amount of activated carbon for high efficiency in abatement and deodorization of pollutant emissions from paints, compounds, and organic solvents.
The Karb 4 range
The Karb unit finds its optimal application in the treatment of emissions from paints containing organic solvents. The significant amount of activated carbon contained in Karb makes it possible to abate gaseous pollutants from the emission, ensuring compliance with current international regulations. It can be placed on the floor, to vacuum suction grid floors, with fiberglass prefilters placed under the grid, in combination with front suction paint booths or on oven or pressurized booths. The KARB unit consists of a structure of sheet metal panels that houses inside: - filter section: consisting of corrugated panels designed to capture solid pigments emitted during painting operations, which can be regenerated and removed frontally from the special inspection doors; - activated carbon section: is intended for the adsorption of the gaseous phase of the emission, i.e., the organic solvents contained in the paint; - ventilating section: consisting of a double-suction transmission fan, which puts the entire unit under vacuum, expelling the filtered air.
- Eliminates gaseous emission pollutants ensuring compliance with current international regulations
- Captures solid pigments emitted from painting through filters
- Absorbs and filters gaseous organic solvents contained in paint through activated carbon
- Double intake transmission fan
- Can be placed either on the floor or in conjunction with spray booths
