The Neptune STD 6000 / DR 6000 range

Neptune is an industrial water filter—that is, a water filtration system designed to purify air by removing metal dust and airborne solid particles generated during processes such as sanding, grinding, and surface finishing. Thanks to its combined treatment process—which includes water, a cyclone, and final filtration—Neptune helps improve air quality in production environments and reduce operator exposure to dust generated during machining operations. The line is available in Neptune STD and Neptune DR models, with airflow rates of 2,000, 4,000, and 6,000 m³/h. The STD version collects the separated material in the inner tank, while the DR version incorporates a scraper system for removing deposited residues.
