The Neptune range

Neptune is an industrial water filter — a water filtration system designed to purify air by removing metal dust and airborne solid particles generated during processes such as sanding, grinding and surface finishing. The combined treatment approach (water, cyclone and final filtration) enhances air quality in production environments and reduces operator exposure to dust from machining operations. Air is first cooled by water misting through tangential hollow-cone nozzles, then particulate is centrifugally separated inside a water cyclone; a calming chamber reduces flow velocity and turbulence, a drip separator captures entrained moisture, and a final rigid-pocket filter traps the finest residual particles before a built-in fan exhausts the purified air. The STD version collects separated material in an inner tank; the DR version adds a scraper/dredger for continuous residue removal. Manufactured at the Volpiano (Italy) plant.
