The Zincocar DF 5 range
The ZINCOCAR DF is designed for work environments where local extraction is complex, installation of extraction piping is complicated, or air-conditioned spaces need to avoid energy waste. The cabins are constructed entirely of sheet metal panels. A vacuum created through a soundproofed centrifugal extractor forces air circulation conveying dust through high-efficiency (99.9%) cartridge filters without harmful dust dispersion. The purified air is expelled by the centrifugal extractor, guaranteeing suction speed compliance with current regulations. The cabin includes a cyclic programmer for automatic filter cartridge cleaning with compressed air.
