The Zincocar DF 6 range

The cabins are constructed entirely of sheet metal panels. A vacuum is created through the soundproofed centrifugal extractor, resulting in the forced circulation of a flow of air that conveys dust through high-efficiency (99.9%) cartridge filters without harmful dispersion of the dust into the environment. The air, perfectly purified, is expelled by the centrifugal extractor whose characteristics are such as to guarantee the suction speed at the front in accordance with current regulations. The cabin is also supplied complete with a cyclic programmer for cleaning the filter cartridges automatically with compressed air. The ZINCOCAR DF is designed and manufactured for multiple applications in work environments where local extraction or type of pollutant source is complex or not applicable, installation of extraction piping is complicated or unmanageable, or air-conditioned work areas are operational to avoid energy waste by sending treated air outside and reintroducing untreated outside air.
