The Iperjet DF range

High-efficiency, low-noise horizontal cartridge filter unit (Down Flow Filter Unit). The filter units of the Iperjet DF range are equipped with horizontal IFA/BGIA M-PES cartridges and are suitable for suction of smoke and dust; it is a plug & play unit, easy to handle and high performant, available in different sizes according to requirements and the pollutants to be removed. The Iperjet DF filter unit consists of a pre-chamber where most of the smoke/dust is separated and deposited in the first collection bin; the remaining particles are filtered by high-efficiency M-class cartridge filters (>99.9%) before being returned to the environment. The finest filtered dust is deposited in a second collection bin. The high-efficiency fan located in the upper part of the unit guarantees high suction capacity and low noise; where permitted, the filtered air is reintroduced into the working environment, resulting in considerable energy savings. Cartridges are cleaned by an automatic compressed-air cleaning system.
